Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and functional knowledge including integrations and platform capabilities.
• Multi-module experience (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, HRSD, etc.)
• Experience in driving and presenting Platform modernization, AI/Now Assist, Value realization roadmap and strategy discussions on ServiceNow platform with clients
• Managed Services Delivery Leadership - Incident, problem, change, release governance, SLA/KPI management, Offshore-onshore coordination, Operational excellence mindset
• ServiceNow Technical Governance- Platform standards, Customization review boards, Upgrade readiness, technical debt management, Instance strategy
Preferred Skill and Experience• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, etc.).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - desirable.
• ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL 4 preferred).
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
