Lead ServiceNow SPM Engineer (Hands-On Development)
This role is hybrid and in the office three days a week.

We’re hiring a Lead ServiceNow SPM Engineer to take ownership of development across a highly complex, enterprise-level platform.
This is not a ServiceNow Administrator role—this is a true engineering position focused on building, coding, and delivering scalable solutions from the ground up.
You’ll lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and partner with architecture and governance teams—all while staying deeply technical and hands-on.
We need someone who can:
Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives with broad impact
Design, build, and deliver custom ServiceNow SPM solutions using best practices
Develop tables, integrations, workflows, business rules, and scripting
Own the full development lifecycle: design, code, test, debug, and deploy
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and enterprise-aligned
Collaborate with technical leadership and influence platform strategy
Translate technical concepts into clear demos and business-facing solutions
Mentor and guide engineers; set the technical standard for delivery

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of ServiceNow experience in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows and integrations
ServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator,
Desired Qualifications
2+ years of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation and development experience
2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Certified Application Developer (CAD) must be obtained within 6 months of employment
(CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist
Jira experience
Agile experience

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
