About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple functional areas including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD, and App Engine, driving strategic platform decisions in support of a large federal program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and modules.
  • Serve as the technical SME on platform capabilities including:
    • IT Service Management (ITSM)
    • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
    • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
    • Security Operations (SecOps)
    • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
    • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
    • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
    • App Engine and Automation Engine
    • CMDB and CSDM
  • Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes.
  • Guide developers and administrators, ensuring alignment with best practices and federal security requirements.
  • Oversee technical design documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration standards.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to support roadmap planning and delivery.


Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 4+ years in an architect-level role.
  • BS/BA in related field (Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Experience maintaining, enhancing, and creating workflows, functions and configurations within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Experience in establishing technical governance processes.
  • Experience in evaluating strategic and operational demands against the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and leading practices.
  • Experience in analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, proposing solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather/analyze issues or requirements and map them to solutions that leverage ServiceNow functionality.
  • Experience creating Architectural Blueprints for Federal agencies.
  • Experience leading ServiceNow version upgrades
  • Deep technical expertise across the ServiceNow ecosystem with a strong understanding of platform architecture.
  • Proven experience delivering complex solutions in a federal environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Predictive Intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Agile delivery, and CI/CD integration with ServiceNow.


Preferred Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • PMP


Additional Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain clearance


Clearance Preferences:
  • Active CFPB Public Trust
  • Active Federal Public Trust from a Federal Agency
