THE ROLE The ServiceNow FSO Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, especially relating to the Financial Services Operations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of FSO functionalities.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Solution Design: Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow FSO solutions tailored for banking operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow FSO modules to meet specific banking requirements, including workflows, applications, and integrations.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using ServiceNow.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior banking stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges, providing expert advice on ServiceNow capabilities.
- Documentation: Document technical designs, development processes, and solution configurations.
- Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for banking staff on ServiceNow FSO functionalities.
REQUIREMENTS - Extensive experience with ServiceNow, solution architecture
- Strong understanding of workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, consultants, and project managers.
- Bilingual French - English. English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside Québec.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest FSO features and industry trends.
