Pay: $38 - $48/HR (Flat Rate Pay Plan)
Schedule: Open Availability is required. Schedule TBD
Business Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am-6pm; Saturday: 7am - 5pm
What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid system repairs
- Complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Honda standards
- Mentor and support developing technicians
- Maintain productivity and quality goals while ensuring a safe work environment
- Stay current on Honda technology, certifications, and training requirements
- You'll report to the Service Manager and Team Lead for weekly and monthly shop updates.
What You'll Bring- 4+ years experience working as an automotive technician.
- 3+ years Automotive Dealership experience.
- Previous experience with Honda or Acura brands.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
- Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and the ability to use dealership computer systems.
- Prioritize multiple repair orders while meeting quality and time expectations.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00.
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
