Service Supervisor (Wysox, PA)
Pay: $100k-$130k DOE

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a driven, hands-on Service Supervisor to lead our highly skilled team in Wysox, PA. This role demands someone who can "lead from the front"-motivating and guiding technicians while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and timely project completion. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical and automation systems, a passion for excellence, and thrives under pressure, even in extreme weather conditions. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Prior automation experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
  • Previous supervisory experience is required.
  • Must be in sound physical health due to the physical demands of the work.
  • Strong teamwork, quick learning ability, and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical installations
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good MVR.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Comply with all company safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of service technicians.
  • Install and maintain company products at customer sites.
  • Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and leadership to direct reports.
  • Investigate and resolve personnel issues and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, including conducting performance reviews.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of hours worked, parts used, and services performed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, including participating in site visits and follow-up calls.
  • Communicate professionally with internal staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Submit reports to Corporate and customers as required and on time.
  • Support sales team with site layouts, equipment lists, and customer quotes.
  • Be billable and field-active whenever practical.


OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage time, projects, and personnel effectively.
  • Complete required training and maintain up-to-date safety certifications.
  • Assist with inventory counts and control.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry safety regulations and standards.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Follow management instructions efficiently and professionally.
  • Travel to other locations for work or training, as needed.
  • Respond to company communications (voicemail, email, text) on all scheduled workdays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


WORK CONDITIONS:
  • Work in varying environments, including extreme weather conditions.
  • Stand for extended periods and engage in physically demanding tasks.
  • Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Climb stairs, work at heights, or in confined spaces when necessary.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance. The standard schedule is 50+ hours per week.
