Qualifications

• High school diploma, Associate degree or completion of technical school required.
• 5+ years experience with HVAC and Access Control systems necessary.
• Proficiency in installing and servicing low voltage controllers mandated.
• Experience with temperature, humidity, static, pneumatic, electronic actuators and valves essential.
• Ability to configure and calibrate building management systems is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and accurate HVAC inspections on site.
• Operate independently or collaboratively with team members as needed.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable customer service.
• Handle Package units, split systems, RTUs, and mini-splits as part of installation and maintenance tasks.
• Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills effectively.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding project needs and updates.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
