Pay: We offer our Service Manager a competitive salary of
$90,000-$130,000+ annually.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?As our Service Manager, you'll spend time conducting ride-alongs, coaching technicians in the field, supporting Service Field Supervisors and Dispatchers, solving technical challenges, assisting with customer concerns, recruiting future team members, and leading training and development initiatives. You'll also help technicians navigate difficult service calls, review department performance, improve operational processes, or collaborate with leadership to strengthen company systems.
