Job DescriptionAn experienced Service Manager is required in Ashville NC. 5+ Years in residential or commercial HVAC is required along with previous leadership experience. Must posses a valid H2 or H3 license. Build a top tier team to make a direct impact on the bottom line and customer satisfaction.
Compensation:$95,000 - $125,000/year
Up to 25% bonus

Requirements:- Current HVAC H2 or H3 License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- EPA Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or managementexperience.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
- Geothermal HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience using Service Titan or similar field servicemanagement software.
- Experience with Lytx fleet safety and camera systems.
- Experience managing KPI-driven service organizations.
