Full Job Description
BMW of San Diego, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Service Director to join our team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

The Service Director motivates and monitors the performance of the service departments to ensure excellent service to customers while maintaining profitability.

Pay for this position is salary plus commissions. The expected pay is $195,000 to $220,000/year.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or the equivalent and five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of service experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent; and five to seven-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
