Role Summary The Service Delivery Lead role is a critical role supporting the effectiveness of the RPS and FIS Partnership. This role is aligned to our multi-year product and technology roadmap that focuses on digital plan sponsor and participant experiences. This role will help ensure FIS accountability to the plan, assist with program management of the plan across internal and external stakeholders, and drive planning and governance of budget and the comprehensive plan. This role works closely with RPS Product and Client Experience, as well as RPS Data and RPS Client Services from planning through execution and go-to-market communication with our clients. This role will help lead and facilitate several governing forums with FIS and inter-dependently with peer roles working on additional FIS related program areas.
Responsibilities- Program management of product roadmap and transformation plan with FIS. Aligns client and business needs, market and competitive insights, with digital and client experience capabilities to address. Manages overall status, risk/issues, dependencies within TRP and jointly with FIS program managers.
- Builds consultative partnerships with business lead partners and FIS to identify opportunities to improve delivery and quality of product capabilities. Leads and facilitates change through others.
- Leads and facilitates governance forums both within TRP and jointly with FIS.
- Aligns delivery plans to contractual requirements, manages change controls, approves payments aligned to budget and oversees SLAs and other performance metrics.
- Supports the development of annual product roadmap and ongoing transformation strategy.
- Engages with RPS Client Services in support of go-to-market messaging for new product and experience release and readiness plans.
QualificationsRequired: - Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 8+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred: - Knowledge/experience of either: Operations, Product/Tech development, RPS business, Vendor Management, or Business Management
- Desire to drive strategy, results and accountability across internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing large scale programs and navigating/influence broadly

Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

$133,000.00 - $227,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$146,000.00 - $250,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$166,000.00 - $284,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
