What We Offer:Performance-Based Compensation - Your earnings grow with your results. Our goal for Store Managers is total annual compensation of $140,000 to $180,00 based upon how well your store does in in sales, traffic and gross profit.

What We\'re Looking For:- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Service Writer in a busy automotive service center, although other retail experience will be considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to drive sales, manage operations, and build customer loyalty.
- A passion for cars and commitment to excellence.
