Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or automotive setting
• Strong attention to detail in service documentation and communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient typing skills for efficient order entry
• Basic math skills for calculating service costs
• Competent computer skills for using dealership systems
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers according to protocol
• Build rapport with customers by assessing their needs and providing solutions
• Conduct vehicle evaluations to recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
• Communicate service options, costs, and timelines clearly to customers
• Secure customer approvals for services and conduct multi-point inspections
• Prepare repair orders accurately in the ADP system
• Coordinate technician dispatch for repair activities and monitor service progress
• Provide regular updates to customers during the service process
• Manage the final delivery process, explaining services performed during vehicle pickup
• Process payments and ensure a smooth transition from service to sales
