Full Job Description
Position Title: Service Advisor

Build relationships that go far beyond managing accounts. A growing, values-driven wealth management firm is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver highly personalized support to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. This role combines hands-on client service, financial account administration, relationship management, and emerging technology, with responsibility for everything from account transactions and documentation to client meetings and community speaking engagements.

The ideal candidate brings 3-6 years of financial services experience, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing warm, responsive, high-touch service. They should be proactive, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and excited to use AI and new technology to improve the client experience.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 / Year, DOE

Responsibilities
  • Deliver white-glove, high-touch service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Manage client requests with a strong focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Process account transactions including distributions, ACH and wire transfers, journal entries, and qualified charitable distributions
  • Prepare and process new account paperwork, beneficiary changes, trust documentation, and account maintenance forms
  • Support client meetings and financial planning implementation while coordinating with CPAs, attorneys, and other outside professionals as needed
  • Participate in periodic speaking engagements and community events, including presentations at churches throughout the Bay Area
  • Work with custom AI tools and agents, providing feedback and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and client service processes

Requirements

  • Comfort working with AI-based tools and enthusiasm for adopting new technology

Preferred Qualifications
  • Series 65 or 66 license, or willingness to obtain one
  • Notary public certification
  • Familiarity with trust, estate, and beneficiary-related processes
  • Experience supporting financial planning implementation
  • Experience with financial planning platforms such as eMoney or RightCapital
  • Experience coordinating directly with CPAs, attorneys, or insurance professionals
  • Track record of developing long-term client relationships in a service-focused environment
  • Experience implementing or improving AI-powered systems and workflows
