Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Operations and Supply Chain Strategy Team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating and developing LRP investment plan with key Sensors stakeholders, and successfully coordinating and achieving project funding.
You will be responsible for partnering with factory leadership and program OSC to develop prioritized investments for LRP planning to meet factory capacity and resiliency to meet customer demand. You will lead and coordinate E-CAR development with project managers, SMEs, factory leadership to achieve project funding. The successful candidate will leverage a network within Operations and SBUs, and with other subject matter experts to deliver LRP, AOP spend deliverables.
The preferred candidate will have successfully demonstrated leadership in the past and be a motivated self-starter with the ability to build and influence a cross-functional network.
This position will be onsite in Andover, MA. . Relocation assistance is not provided.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the Operations Sensors Capital portfolio by developing and overseeing a robust capital investment plan to support long-term growth
- Facilitate the Sensors Operations Capital Long Range Plan (LRP) by coordinating inputs and capital investment prioritization with senior and executive leadership.
- Coordinate Capital Appropriation Requests for Sensors (ranging from $100K to $60M) partnering with project leads, project managers, and SBU teams to ensure alignment, compliance, and adherence to AOP and factory strategy.
- Support capital project execution by coordinating and facilitating project EACs and AARs (After Action Reviews).
- Communicate and present capital status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership (Operations/SBU/finance)
- Lead problem0solving efforts and perform data analysis to deliver capital plans within affordability constraints while balancing multiple stakeholders.
- Problem solving to bridge production realities to financial commitments
- Ability to travel 10%
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Leadership experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Programs
- Experience with developing a business case/ROI/financial analysis or other general financial inputs/metrics to program or factory projects

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Finance
- Experience analyzing data and developing and presenting compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Experience with factory layouts, capacity modeling or space utilization
- CORE apprentice/ CORE champion with interest in continuous improvement.
- Prior work experience managing a capital or facilities expense project or general budget management
- Familiarity with the RMD portfolio of programs
- Experience in management consulting

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
