The Opportunity:

As a CACI Sensitive Activities Intelligence Integrator, you will provide critical subject matter expertise to the SCJ3X Integrated Operations Division within USNORTHCOM, supporting senior leadership and advancing Sensitive Activities (SA), Irregular Warfare (IW), and Special Operations Forces (SOF) operations. This position offers an impactful opportunity to provide targeting and analytical support to Department of War (DoW) clients, developing intelligence products while coordinating options for operationalizing and enabling sensitive Military Deception (MILDEC) activities. You will work in conjunction with an operationally diverse team in supporting national level priorities and developing processes that enhance enterprise situational understanding of threat networks and enabling DoW, IA, and IC efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage all-source insights regarding targets of interest, identify information gaps, and highlight the appropriate collection capability, whether commercial or within the USG, best suited to provide the information needed to close gaps identified.
  • Integrate with partner organizations to prioritize, employ, and refine collections designed to illuminate gaps.
  • Provide experienced technical consulting in the planning, direction, and coordination between the organization and operational partners.
  • Provide expertise from a Targeting Officer background to include developing and reviewing Targeting Packages, Network Development, and System Vulnerability Analysis.
  • Effectively communicate with target COI representatives to align disparate activities and diverse equities with desired end states.
  • Effectively communicate intelligence gaps, collection requirements, and liaise with the NORTHCOM Intelligence Community.
  • Perform network or nodal analysis of people, organizations, and locations by fusing cyber data from multiple sources.
  • Integrate with partner organizations to prioritize, employ, and refine collections designed to illuminate gaps.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years successful experience with DoD SOF, IC, IA
  • Proficient in some of the following: CWE, SOIS/JIANT, Hercules, Core, ION, Qlix, Hydra, Wraith, KaChing, DataXplorer, Target Profiler, TargetCOP, RockStar, IDScoreboard, Icon, Fade/Mist, Analyst Notebook, Palantir, TestFlight/Lucky/TAC, TIDE
  • Intelligence experience as an inter-agency Targeting Officer for a Joint Task Force, or target fusion environment
  • Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines, capabilities, limitations, and platforms, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.
  • Proven successful experience working in a team environment, includes local teams and teams distributed geographically
  • Ability to correlate and analyze Department of Commerce, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence Community data to identify and generate options for interagency consideration within strategic competitor’s licit and illicit procurement networks
  • Ability to identify and foster relationships with operational partners to action-developed target packets
  • Ability to generate white papers, informational presentations, and quad chart style summaries detailing significant Targeting Integration Cell leadership updates
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide credible intelligence assessments on threats, threat actor capabilities & intentions, and networks in accordance with tradecraft and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR)
  • Knowledge of providing intelligence to support Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) and military operations within a COCOM

Desired:

  • Experience working in a Joint Interagency Taskforce or equivalent environment
  • Experience providing intelligence support to MILDEC
  • Intimate knowledge of the collection process
  • Formal training in Intelligence Support to Information Operations or Information Operations Planning courses
