Job Description:

Records and tracks issues identified during testing, working with development teams to resolve them and retesting as necessary. Performs functional, integration, and performance testing to verify that the application functions as expected. Creates test plans that outline the scope, objectives, and approach for testing, including identifying test cases and setting up test environments. Designs, implements, and optimizes workflows and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of applications. Continuously assesses and enhances system processes to improve productivity and quality, identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices. Integrates new processes with existing systems and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align processes and systems. Creates and conducts training programs tailored to different user groups, including workshops and hands-on sessions. Develops clear, concise user guides and manuals that provide step-by-step instructions on using applications. Offers continuous training and support to users, including refresher courses and advanced training sessions. Troubleshoots and resolves application-related issues reported by users, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Provides help desk support to users, answering questions and resolving issues via phone, email, or in-person assistance. Gathers and analyzes user feedback to identify common issues and areas for improvement, using this feedback to enhance system processes and training programs.

  • Experience in a large hospital, multi-hospital system, or healthcare field [Preferred]
  • Experience in ERP environments [Preferred]
  • Experience in financial consolidations, financial reporting, month-end close and year-end close procedures [Preferred]
  • Previous experience with Workday Finance implementation projects [Preferred]
  • Previous project implementation experience highly [Preferred]
