Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionThe Wind Hub Manager/Sr. Wind Hub Manager reports to the Service Director and is a strategic role accountable for building long term relationships with customers, driving optimized operations, fiscal management, and hub safety. Overall scope includes leading a hub team, managing daily hub operations, turbine output, as well as exemplify excellence in leadership, safety, quality control, and financial oversight. The Wind Hub Manager partners closely with the customer and ensures alignment with GE operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Wind Hub Manager at hub name you will:
Provide leadership to support multi-site service hub- Initiate and support staffing requirements, coaching, training, and corrective action concerning employees and contracted partners; and succession planning.
Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, HR to meet the deliverables.
Strong functional knowledge in Operations and Maintenance best industry practices, planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, and controlling the wind hub activities, productivity improvements, operational excellence in outage management. Strong leadership skills, ability to embrace and adapt to change and influence others.

Advanced computer skills utilizing word and spreadsheet processing, e-mail programs, facility control and management systems, and computer diagnostic and troubleshooting tools
Advanced electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic experience, including use of hydraulic power tools

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
