We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Owner - Total Portfolio Analytics to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Boston, MA

As Senior Vice President, Product Owner for the Total Portfolio Analytics Pod, you will define and drive the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and delivery for a next-generation analytics capability that provides holistic, cross-portfolio insights. You will partner closely with engineering, business subject matter experts, design, and senior stakeholders to translate portfolio management, risk, and client needs into a scalable analytics service built on our data platform.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Total Portfolio Analytics in alignment with portfolio management, risk, compliance, and client outcomes.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria focused on measurable business value.
  • Lead a cross-functional agile pod, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics architects and engineering teams to support scalable data modeling, ETL pipelines, compute frameworks, and API design for portfolio aggregation and analytics.
  • Deliver analytics capabilities including portfolio aggregation and drill-downs, exposures and factor analytics, benchmark and relative performance views, risk and return metrics, scenario analysis, optimization, and diagnostic workflows.
  • Drive adoption by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Managed Services, and Customer Success to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and measure usage.
  • Embed data governance, security controls, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle, including lineage, quality checks, and operational readiness.
  • Define and monitor product metrics such as adoption, reliability, latency, and accuracy to inform prioritization and user experience improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-platform dependencies and manage risks, assumptions, and change through clear decision-making and stakeholder communication.
  • Coach and mentor pod members and foster a culture of autonomy, innovation, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager supporting portfolio analytics, risk analytics, or financial data products; multi-asset experience and knowledge of the private markets is crucial.
  • Working knowledge of portfolio analytics concepts, including holdings aggregation, exposures, factor models, benchmarks, risk and return, scenario analysis, and optimization.
  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, microservices, ETL frameworks, and API-based analytics delivery.
  • Proven track record leading agile delivery teams and managing senior stakeholders in a global matrix environment.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
