Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain, the Senior Vice President of Procurement will provide strategic and operational leadership for the company's centralized Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory Planning, and Replenishment functions.

This executive will play a critical role in transforming the organization's procurement capabilities by optimizing supplier relationships, consolidating a supplier network of more than 1,200 vendors, and developing best-in-class sourcing strategies that improve profitability while supporting continued business growth.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished procurement executive with a proven ability to lead large-scale sourcing organizations, negotiate complex supplier agreements, build high-performing teams, and deliver measurable financial results across both direct and indirect spend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead enterprise-wide supplier consolidation initiatives, reducing a supplier base of more than 1,200 vendors while improving purchasing leverage and operational efficiency.
  • Drive significant cost reduction initiatives across approximately $700 million in annual direct and indirect spend, identifying and executing opportunities to generate $15-25 million in annual savings.
  • Oversee centralized sourcing, inventory planning, replenishment, and tactical procurement functions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and strategic supplier partnerships across direct materials, MRO, equipment, supplies, and services.
  • Build scalable procurement processes utilizing advanced analytics, automation, reporting, and technology-driven decision making.
  • Develop company-wide procurement and supply chain KPIs to improve visibility, accountability, and operational performance.
  • Optimize inventory planning strategies to balance customer service, working capital, and inventory investment.
  • Lead procurement integration efforts for acquisitions while capturing sourcing and operational synergies.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and elevate a high-performing procurement organization capable of supporting future growth.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, Human Resources, and executive leadership to support enterprise initiatives.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, pricing, supply chain risks, and emerging technologies.

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and distribution.

  • Strong background managing both direct materials and indirect procurement.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
