SeniorVice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our
Conventional Trust team. This role is located in
Lake Mary, FLIn this role, you9ll have the opportunity to impact our organization in the following ways:- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and security to deliver innovative solutions.
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technology strategy.
- Participating in code reviews and assisting in debugging efforts.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Continuously contributing directly to the success of project deliverables.
- Execute the full software development lifecycle, applying security, privacy, and quality assurance best practices. Hands on coding experience is required
To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following: - Bachelor9s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10-14 years of experience in full stack software development required
- Extensive experience in full stack development with proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Framework).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of SQL/PL SQL, Performance tuning etc. Oracle knowledge is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience in software development projects within a financial services environment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
