The Senior Vendor Management Analyst supports governance, financial oversight, supplier coordination, contract administration, and across multiple healthcare accounts. The role partners with vendor managers, finance, and suppliers to drive accountability, validate invoices, monitor performance, manage documentation, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a day-to-day liaison supporting recurring governance meetings, agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
- Track supplier commitments, risks, issues, corrective actions, SLAs, KPIs, and performance trends through established governance channels.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of open items and escalation of performance concerns.
- Manage supplier invoice intake, tracking, validation, submission, and payment status reporting.
- Validate invoice volumes, billing periods, contract rates, WBS details, and supporting documentation prior to approval.
- Maintain contract inventories, renewal calendars, document repositories, and governance evidence.
Location: San Antonio, TXBasic Qualifications:- 2 years of experience in invoice and supplier management.
- 2 years of healthcare operations experience.
Preferred Skills:- Strong ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, facilitate meetings, document action items, and track deliverables.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Medicaid
- Experience with accounts payables/accounts receivables
- Great organizational skills
