Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1+ year focused on VDC
• Process-oriented with accountability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated team builder with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to facilitate and document meetings with detailed records
• General knowledge of construction sequencing and systems
• Familiarity with project delivery methods like Design-Bid-Build and Design Build
• Proficient in tools such as Revit, Revizto, SketchUp, Tekla, and scheduling software
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam

Responsibilities

• Promote virtual building culture among stakeholders
• Execute project-level VDC functions including BIM planning and 3D modeling
• Develop BIM Execution Plan attachments aligned with project contracts
• Manage VDC schedules and budgets, tracking updates and actuals
• Participate in VDC implementation during project pursuit phases
• Identify and lead training opportunities for project-level staff
• Coordinate workload of VDC Engineers and Interns at project level
• Document VDC lessons learned and communicate with management
• Integrate 3D model content to support various self-perform scopes
• Lead 3D constructability and design coordination efforts across teams
• Execute laser scanning and drone flights for project phases and integrate data
