• Build long-term broker relationships through exceptional service and active engagement (visits, field underwriting, industry/marketing events).
• Underwrite moderate-complex risks; analyze quotes, renewals, and policy changes; recommend innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Coach and mentor the team to elevate technical underwriting and broker relationships; model a growth mindset.
