Description

DCCM is seeking a Senior Transportation / Roadway Engineer to support the design and delivery of municipal and transportation infrastructure projects in our Southern California (Los Angeles area) office. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with approximately 15+ years of experience (flexible depending on qualifications), strong technical expertise, and effective communication skills.

This role will focus on roadway and transportation design for local agency and state-funded projects. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Civil 3D CADD and experienced in preparing roadway design plans, profiles, grading, and cross-sections consistent with municipal standards and Caltrans design criteria.

Experience with complete streets, corridor improvements, and coordination with public agencies is desirable. The candidate should be capable of supporting project delivery from preliminary engineering through final design and construction support, while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
