OverviewWe have transportation design teams in Jacksonville, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; and Tulsa, OK. Now, we are looking to expand our services by establishing a transportation practice in Missouri. Haskell's St. Louis office was founded in 1982 to support full-service architectural, engineering, and design-build activities. This may be a new venture but our roots run deep.

Your responsibilities will include:- Developing design budget, fees, and scopes with input from the project design team
- Managing the design and production of transportation plans while assuring conformance to design document standards and criteria
- Construction support
- Projecting financial performance
- Coordinating subconsultants
- Client management and primary client interface
- Developing potential future work opportunities
To thrive in this role you will need:- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of transportation design experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Experience with geometric design, drainage design, construction sequencing and utility relocation coordination
- Transportation design project management experience
- Communications, negotiations, management, and leadership skills
- Knowledge and experience in design project management including, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, proposal writing, staffing, coordination, forecasting, conflict resolution, and change management

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
