Senior Transaction Manager (Vice President) | Loan Agency & Syndicated Loans

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Transaction Manager (Vice President) to join our Jacksonville office and play a key role in managing a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions.
The Opportunity
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile syndicated loan transactions while building strong relationships with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel and other market participants.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of transactions, ensuring exceptional client service and the efficient execution of all agency responsibilities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions from closing through ongoing administration
- Review and interpret loan, finance and security documentation
- Monitor covenant compliance through the collection and analysis of financial statements and reporting packages
- Coordinate the timely distribution of required information and transaction notices to lender groups
- Facilitate amendments, waivers, consents and lender voting processes
- Manage obligor accessions and other transaction-related events
- Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders and transaction counterparties
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service standards
- Partner with internal teams to ensure transactions are administered accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate KYC requirements for new obligors and liaise closely with Compliance teams
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems including OneView, Trello and DebtDomain
- Participate in client meetings, industry events and business development initiatives
- Support team projects and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all GLAS policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Loan Agency, Syndicated Loan Administration, Credit Administration, Debt Markets or related financial services environments
- Strong understanding of syndicated loan documentation and transaction lifecycles
- Experience analysing financial statements and covenant compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline preferred
