Qualifications

• Extensive experience in nightlife, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Pre-opening experience strongly preferred for venues like nightclubs or dayclubs.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful training programs that drive measurable performance results.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and VIP-driven environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design or content creation tools is a plus.

• Lead the development and execution of training programs for XS Nightclub, Encore Beach Club, and Dice Room.
• Design and implement diverse training formats tailored to nightlife environments.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to align training with brand standards and venue needs.
• Create scalable onboarding programs for rapid hiring and openings.
• Translate complex operations into clear training materials like SOPs and job aids.
• Maintain training manuals and operational playbooks for the department.
• Identify training gaps and provide targeted solutions based on feedback and performance analysis.
• Ensure consistent service while adapting training for each venue's unique identity.
• Manage multiple training projects, meeting key milestones effectively.
• Support leadership teams with coaching materials and performance improvement programs.
