Senior Training Developer

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a potential Senior Training Developer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client in the Tallahassee, Florida area. This potential role will be critical in developing and delivering training in a state-wide implementation effort. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years Training development experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Articulate platform experience.
  • Experience developing job aids, exercises, and data for class exercises.
  • Minimum of 3 years assessing training needs and objectives.
  • Minimum of 5 years designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
  • Experience with training delivery in various forms, including in-person, virtual, and web-based.
  • Able to develop training for various delivery mediums.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients including executive levels of management.
  • Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work alone or in a team environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • uPerform, UPK, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar training development experience.
  • Previous experience in providing professional training and consulting services to large client groups with complex operations.
  • Training/certifications and experience in formal business process methodologies.
  • Experience developing materials to meet 508 compliance regulations.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000

Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree's yearly performance.

Location: The Greentree Group's hiring practices are subject to state-specific business, tax, and employment law considerations.
