We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Senior Test Site Manager to join our West Coast Regional team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Head of Test Sites in shaping the strategic direction and tactical execution of our test site operations, while also managing and developing your own team. You will work cross-functionally with leaders in engineering, logistics, finance, facilities, and more to solve complex, ambiguous challenges.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics, inventory management, staffing, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate high-profile client visits, demonstrations, and ad-hoc initiatives.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track equipment maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Translate ambiguous problems into structured frameworks and actionable strategies.
- Engage and coordinate with multiple departments (IT, Finance, Engineering, Facilities, Growth, Deployments, etc.) to drive projects to completion.
- Gather and define requirements and translate them into project specifications for new builds and retrofits of current facilities.
- Develop accurate cost estimates at all project stages and manage budget - from greenfield projects to day-to-day capital improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance/FP&A for cash flow forecasting and prepare financial reports to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate expertise in engaging with stakeholders and executives, balancing independent problem-solving with effective collaboration.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams - whether through leading large meetings or managing digital communication channels.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- 6+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3+ years in construction, operations, or product/program management roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects (3-5+ large projects) concurrently at a rapid pace.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong emotional intelligence with a people-centric approach to solving operational challenges.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently in an unstructured environment.
- Ability to develop clear frameworks to structure and solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and executive engagement, with significant leadership visibility.
- Experience managing and developing team members, with an emphasis on continuous feedback and growth.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
US Salary Range
$143,000-$191,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
