As a Senior Test Integration Engineer, you will focus on prototype integration, development testing, and vehicle-level test campaigns, with direct involvement in both early-stage hardware and flight hardware qualification. You'll play a key role in the build-test-learn cycle, helping rapidly mature designs into flight-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate and test prototype subsystems and full vehicle assemblies
- Plan and execute development test campaigns to evaluate performance and inform design iterations
- Support flight hardware verification and qualification testing
- Set up and operate test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and system issues, driving root cause analysis and resolution
- Conduct vehicle-level environmental and performance testing (e.g., thermal, vibration, mobility)
- Develop and maintain test procedures, plans, and reports
- Design and build test fixtures and integration setups
- Analyze test data and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and systems engineering to ensure test readiness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in test, integration, or prototype development environments
- Hands-on experience with electromechanical systems, vehicles, or robotics
- Experience executing development and validation testing
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and system-level issues
- Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with prototype vehicle or robotic system development
- Background in flight hardware testing or qualification
- Familiarity with vehicle-level environmental testing (thermal, vibration, dust)
- Experience with HIL/SIL testing or embedded systems
- Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar tools
