About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Services Consultant to support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization through the governance, review, approval, and management of third-party contracts and supplier engagements. This role serves as a key liaison between IAM leadership, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Legal, Finance, Technology, Risk, Information Security, and external vendors to ensure contract requests are reviewed, approved, and executed in accordance with Wells Fargo policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

The successful candidate will possess expertise in supply chain management processes, contract lifecycle management, procurement governance, budgeting, and third-party risk management, with a focus on technology-related agreements supporting IAM initiatives, cybersecurity operations, identity governance, privileged access management, access provisioning, and strategic transformation programs.

Additional Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contract governance and supply chain management liaison for the Identity and Access Management organization.
  • Partner with IAM leaders to manage contract intake, approvals, funding reviews, renewals, amendments, and supplier engagements.
  • Support procurement and contract activities for cybersecurity technologies, software platforms, infrastructure solutions, hardware purchases, professional services, and contingent labor supporting IAM programs.
  • Partner with vendors and consulting firms to define scopes of work, establish success metrics, and ensure alignment with IAM strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate contract approvals across Supply Chain Management, Legal, Finance, Information Security, Enterprise Vendor Management, Risk, and Technology stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to IAM leaders on Wells Fargo procurement, vendor engagement, and third-party risk requirements.
  • Monitor contract renewals and supplier obligations to minimize operational, security, financial, and regulatory risks.
  • Develop executive reporting, metrics, forecasts, and dashboards related to IAM contract spend, supplier portfolio management, forecasts, and budget utilization.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract approval processes, improve governance, and optimize supplier expenditures within IAM.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to workforce planning, software licensing, technology investments, and third-party services utilized by the IAM organization.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Cybersecurity, Information Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Infrastructure, or Technology organizations.
  • Working knowledge of IAM-related technologies and services, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), authentication, directory services, access provisioning, and cybersecurity operations.
  • Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships supporting technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or infrastructure organizations.
  • Familiarity with Wells Fargo procurement, SCM, Ariba, STORM, third-party risk management, and contract approval processes.
  • Prior Finance, Accounting, Budget Management, Business Management, or Vendor Management Office experience for large-scale organizations preferred.
  • Experience developing executive materials and presenting financial, supplier, and contract-related insights to senior technology leadership.
  • Experience supporting global teams and coordinating workforce strategies across U.S., India, and third-party partner organizations.

    Pay Range

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

    $87,000.00 - $140,000.00
