What you'll do: - Lead and participate in HVACR teams to coordinate and execute maintenance and repair work aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and HVACR industry regulations by performing inspections, repairs, and refrigerant management.
- Manage HVACR parts inventory, track usage, and develop supplier relationships to support maintenance operations.
- Provide training and hands-on support to technicians, evaluating skill sets and promoting best practices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain HVACR and Energy Management Systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Compile budget reports, submit warranty claims, and develop scopes of work for equipment replacement projects.
- Support continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and recommending operational enhancements.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in HVAC and refrigeration repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of EPA regulations and compliance related to refrigerants and environmental safety.
- Proven ability to lead and support teams, providing coaching and technical guidance.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local HVACR codes and industry standards.
- Skilled in managing HVACR parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Experience conducting inspections, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining equipment performance.
- Ability to compile and report budget information and manage project scopes effectively.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Option 1: 10 years' experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration. Option 2: 8 years' experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration and AAS in A/C and Refrigeration.
