This highly visible, customer-facing role acts as the primary liaison among customers, executive stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, operational transition, and long-term customer success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary customer-facing leader for complex Enterprise Imaging implementations and Managed Services engagements
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, operational leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and transition to operational support
  • Provide end-to-end ownership of customer install base initiatives, lifecycle planning, upgrades, and strategic customer programs
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change activities to achieve successful customer outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Technical Services, Customer Success, Sales, and Support
  • Lead customer governance meetings, executive business reviews, and critical issue resolution efforts
  • Identify and proactively mitigate delivery, operational, customer, and organizational risks
  • Develop executive-level communications, presentations, dashboards, status reports, and strategic recommendations
  • Serve as a mentor, coach, and subject matter expert for customer-facing Project Managers and delivery teams
  • Establish and promote project management best practices, standards, tools, and delivery methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and improve customer and employee experiences
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, analytics, and workflow optimization to improve operational effectiveness
  • Influence organizational priorities and strategic decisions through data-driven insights and customer advocacy
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership by providing visibility, recommendations, and thought leadership regarding customer delivery, operational excellence, and future growth opportunities

  • Demonstrated success managing executive-level customer relationships and challenging customer situations
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical and business teams in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading project managers or delivery professionals
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, programs, customers, or portfolio priorities
  • Experience driving operational improvement, process transformation, standardization, or automation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification; ability to qualify for and obtain PMP certification within 12 months of service may be required
  • Experience using AI, automation, analytics, or workflow optimization to improve customer or employee outcomes
  • Enterprise Imaging, PACS, vendor neutral archive, radiology, cardiology, or related healthcare IT experience
