Full Job Description
Description

The Role

Anyware's robots combine perception, planning, controls, hardware, operations, and customer workflows. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Robotics to drive the integrated execution of our highest-priority robotics programs across concept development, prototyping, validation, production/NPI, and customer deployment.

You will turn priorities into executable cross-team plans, manage delivery risks, and influence tradeoffs across scope, resources, schedule, and customer needs.

Project owners own their deliverables, while team leads own technical delivery and people management. You own overall program alignment, visibility, and follow-through. This role will report directly to the CTO.

What you'll do
  • Drive multiple concurrent robotics programs across software and hardware development, from concept through validation, production/NPI, and deployment.
  • Drive execution with owners and team leads by tracking commitments and ensuring risks, blockers, and scope changes are surfaced and addressed before milestones are affected.
  • Influence program tradeoffs across technical scope, reliability, schedule, resources, cost, and customer priorities, facilitating timely decisions without taking technical ownership away from engineering leads.
  • Drive deployment readiness and outcomes by connecting field requirements to development plans and coordinating engineering, testing, operations, and customer-facing teams through acceptance and stabilization.
  • Resolve cross-functional gaps by making ownership and next steps explicit when issues span software, hardware, testing, deployment, or operations.
  • Improve planning and communication with data using delivery history, engineering bandwidth, KPIs, and risk trends to support realistic roadmap commitments and concise leadership updates.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of technical or engineering program management experience delivering work across multiple teams.
  • 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience building, integrating, testing, or debugging complex hardware-software products.
  • Experiences building and managing integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, critical paths, budgets, resource needs, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and recovery actions.
  • Strong skills in integrated scheduling, critical paths, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and milestone definition.
  • Ability to influence decisions, clarify ownership, and drive execution without formal authority.
  • Strong communication and experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.
  • Comfortable working onsite with engineering teams and physical robots.

Nice to have

  • Robotics, autonomous systems, industrial automation, or warehouse automation experience.
  • Experience with customer deployments or system acceptance.
  • Technical degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related field.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $140K - 190K USD/year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional compensation may include equity, benefits, or other incentives, where applicable.

Benefits & Perks

  • Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid sick leave
  • 401(k) plan support
  • Daily meal credit
