Full Job Description
What You'll Do:
  • Drive alignment across stakeholder teams to track planned software and hardware releases.
  • Actively manage execution of release activities, tracking progress against key release metrics, such as deployment cadence, release stability, or defect leakage rates and removing blockers and inefficiencies as required.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to configure and improve our targeted configurations end-to-end.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive release calendars, notes, and documentation to ensure transparent communication across engineering and executive stakeholders, working through technical details while conducting performance reviews and retrospectives.
  • Set priorities and coordinate between multiple engineering and operations teams and external stakeholders to support our overall release strategy and deconflict activities and resources.
  • Work closely with engineering leadership to help define and track key organizational objectives.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and report on risks and issues.

What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration and automated SW testing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing FW, SW, and HW configurations.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with complex systems, including but not limited to, autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience working across teams and disciplines resolving competing priorities and managing dependencies.
  • Creative problem solver, resourceful and skilled at conflict resolution.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, especially the ability to communicate complex engineering issues and tailor messaging based on audience.
  • Experience using Confluence and JIRA to plan project activities and track progress.
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment across multiple time zones with a can-do attitude.
  • Travel up to 10% required.

This role is hybrid from our Pittsburgh or Las Vegas offices. It requires in-office days each week.
