A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Hardware Strategy & Operationsto drive technical program execution, organizational operations, and portfolio planning for a hardware engineering organization by partnering with executive leadership to align strategic initiatives, optimize resource planning, and deliver critical technology programs.

Senior Technical Program Manager, Hardware Strategy & Operations Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional technical programs by managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance processes, executive reporting, and organizational operating cadences to ensure successful execution of critical hardware initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering, finance, product planning, manufacturing, HR, and executive leadership to support annual planning, budget and capital investment planning, workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational reviews.
  • Develop organizational dashboards, metrics, leadership presentations, communications, and executive reporting materials while tracking organizational priorities, business updates, and technology initiatives.
  • Support technology strategy and portfolio planning by providing analytical insights, business cases, investment recommendations, and evaluation of technology trends, partnerships, licensing opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by coordinating leadership priorities, facilitating cross-functional alignment, resolving program risks and blockers, and ensuring accountability across multiple technical and business teams.

Senior Technical Program Manager, Hardware Strategy & Operations Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience within technology organizations in technical program management, R&D operations, business operations, engineering management, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Experience developing semiconductor, IC/ASIC, packaging, interconnect, photonics, or related hardware technologies.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and technical leadership.
  • Experience supporting budget planning, capital investments, headcount management, operational reviews, resource allocation, executive communications, dashboards, and cross-functional program execution.
  • Experience evaluating technology investments, external partnerships, licensing opportunities, and corporate development initiatives is preferred.

Shift:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
