About the Role:

The COOL company is seeking a proactive and strategic Sr. Technical Account Manager to join our Publisher Success Team, responsible for managing and growing key partnerships. This role is central to driving partner satisfaction, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and retention of publishers.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts-guiding partners through setup, troubleshooting, strategy, reporting, and day-to-day communication. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Ad Ops, Tech, Finance, Product, and Sales) to deliver a smooth and impactful experience throughout the publisher lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Serve as the primary technical and strategic account owner for a portfolio of publisher and platform partners, driving partner success, revenue growth, retention, and long-term relationships.
  • Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, technical integrations, implementation, QA, launch, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless integrations, reporting, resolve technical issues, and improve account performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on monetization opportunities and growth.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and proactively recommend strategies to improve revenue and overall performance.
  • Act as the liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Support partners with reporting, analytics, and performance insights by translating complex data into actionable recommendations and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and upsell additional products, integrations, and monetization solutions based on partner goals and business needs.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for onboarding processes, partner status, and account plans.
  • Track and support revenue growth by collaborating with the Demand, Sales, and Ad Ops teams.


Professional Competencies:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Account Management, Partner Success, Ad Operations, or a similar client-facing role within the digital advertising / Ad Tech ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, and Hands-on familiarity with ad tech concepts.
  • Excellent project management skills; highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical integrations and collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills-able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach and high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Bonus points for experience with CTV/App monetization, Supply-side tech, etc.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Ad Tech, or Programmatic Advertising are a plus.
