Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead the delivery and adoption of a large-scale software solution with the Mexican government. This role goes beyond traditional account management: you'll act as the strategic owner for driving mission impact, ensuring technical delivery, and building lasting client partnerships. The right candidate thrives at the intersection of public sector mission needs and cutting-edge software, can earn trust with senior government stakeholders, and knows how to mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver results at scale. You Will • Drive the onboarding and adoption process for new users, making sure they harness the full potential of Altana's offerings. This includes not only providing training and technical support, but also building relationships with user groups and mission leaders. • Assist customers with in-depth analysis to optimize their experience and results, providing direct analytical support to the customer where necessary to realize value. • Lead customer touchpoints and production of deliverables ensuring that customers are able to contextualize Altana's value relative to their mission. • Act as the first point of contact for support requests, quickly engaging the right resources to resolve issues. • Synthesize and communicate feedback to the Product team. • Coordinate with our implementation engineering team to ensure successful technical delivery. • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop an account growth strategy, identifying expansion opportunities and transforming them into reality. • Travel regularly to Mexico to support relationship-building and on-the-ground delivery with local stakeholders. You Have • Native-level Spanish fluency (Required) • 5+ years of account management, delivery, or consulting experience - ideally with a complex data platform and Spanish-speaking public sector or enterprise customers. • You can demonstrate a history of successfully expanding accounts year over year. • You have a strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, allowing you to make data-informed decisions. • You're open to feedback and thrive on cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvements. • You are willing to learn the fundamental concepts of data fusion and machine learning and can effectively communicate our product's value to both technical and commercial audiences. • Your ability to establish positive relationships and influence others is a key asset, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, balancing approachability with persistence. • You are a business builder with the drive to establish Altana in a new geography, acting as a foundational piece for Altana's Mexico business. This role is based in Brooklyn, NY or Washington, DC with hybrid work flexibility. We prefer candidates within commuting distance of one of our offices, but will consider remote candidates who are a strong match. US Salary Range and Benefits $150,000 - $175,000 USD The salary range, to the extent specified for this role, is a good faith statement of the minimum and maximum levels of the annual based salary for the position. The base salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on a wide range of compensation factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Altana's total compensation package. Altana also offers either a discretionary bonus or a variable compensation plan depending on the role.
