Full Job Description
The Senior Tax Accountant will lead key tax compliance, reporting, and provision activities while partnering with finance leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong ASC 740 expertise, complex corporate tax compliance experience, and a passion for solving tax challenges in a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions:
  • Prepare and review federal, state, and international income tax filings.
  • Manage quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions.
  • Prepare workpapers and collaborate with supporting firms.
  • Support tax audits and respond to tax notices.
  • Research domestic and international tax matters.
  • Assist with tax planning initiatives and special projects.
  • Support M&A due diligence and acquisition-related tax analyses.
  • Partner with finance and business leaders on tax-related matters.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA required.
  • 3-5 years of corporate tax and/or public accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and tax provision processes.
  • Experience with federal, state, and international tax compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's in Taxation.
  • Experience with tax provision software.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions or global tax operations.,
