Job Description:

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, National Security Operations

Parsons is seeking a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our National Security Operations team. This role is ideal for a high-performing recruiter with proven success hiring highly cleared technical talent within Intelligence Community and DoD environments.

You will partner closely with business leaders to drive hiring strategy, build strong talent pipelines, and recruit top-tier Cyber, Cloud, Software, Vulnerability, and Systems Engineering professionals with highest level of security clearances.

This hybrid role requires working onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for highly cleared technical positions.
  • Act as a strategic Talent Advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent guidance, and hiring recommendations.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of cleared cyber and engineering talent.
  • Source and engage passive candidates in competitive technical markets.
  • Use recruiting metrics and market data to track hiring progress, identify trends, and influence recruiting strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive candidate experience, offer negotiations, and hiring execution.
  • Support hiring events, networking efforts, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Maintain recruiting activity and compliance documentation within the ATS.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma plus 4 years of related experience or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of related experience will be considered.
  • At least 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in federal contracting.
  • Experience recruiting highly cleared technical talent.
  • Proven success supporting Intelligence Community and/or DoD programs.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive execution, and maintain follow-through.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive hiring decisions and improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms.
  • Experience recruiting highly cleared technical talent supporting the MPO.
  • Active TS clearance or higher preferred.

This position is part of our Corporate team.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
