Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, with a primary focus on technical recruiting across our R&D organizations. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and attract top talent to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term business goals.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, consultative technical recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing the full recruitment lifecycle. They are committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience while building strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to drive successful hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
  • Partner with business leaders and People Function Business Partners to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies based on workforce planning and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify current and future talent needs and recommend creative, effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing labor market insights, interview guidance, and candidate experience best practices.
  • Source and build talent pipelines for our key hiring needs with primary focus on Engineering and technical talent.
  • Champion Werfen's employer brand through meaningful engagement and outreach to prospective candidates.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely follow-up with internal and external applicants.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop competitive and equitable offer recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with professional organizations, industry groups and external talent communities to enhance talent attraction efforts.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and efficient utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and hiring manager and candidate experiences.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, labor market dynamics, and employment laws to provide strategic guidance and ensure compliance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in biotech, medical device, or a related technical field.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to align talent acquisition with business goals.
  • Strong experience in sourcing across multiple platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize recruiting processes and drive efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.


The annual base salary range for this role is currently $110,000 to $160,000. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.

This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
