Full Job Description
The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, initially with a strong focus on supporting the build-out of our Sales team.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll take ownership of recruitment across a range of sales positions, including senior and executive-level hires, with the opportunity to expand your remit to support roles across the wider business over time. Working closely with business leaders, you'll develop targeted sourcing strategies, build and engage high-quality talent pipelines, manage candidate relationships and drive searches through to successful hire.

We're looking for someone who is confident operating as a true recruitment partner, with the ability to understand business and hiring needs, advise senior stakeholders, bring a strong market perspective and deliver against multiple searches in a fast-moving environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working on complex, high-priority searches and wants to make a tangible impact, initially through the growth of our Sales team and, over time, across the wider organisation.

This position can be remote, working US East Coast hours, or hybrid from our Raleigh, NC office.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Role responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across priority functions and regions, partnering with senior leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Act as an advisor to the business, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations to shape resourcing strategy, pipelining, and workforce planning.
  • Drive proactive, technology-enabled sourcing strategies using ATS, direct sourcing, recruitment marketing, and external platforms to build diverse, future-focused talent pipelines.
  • Deliver structured, fair, and inclusive selection processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Own hiring outcomes end to end, including shortlisting, assessment, offer strategy, negotiation, and closing, informed by benchmarking, hiring metrics, and market data.
  • Apply innovative attraction methods to strengthen early talent pipelines, under-represented talent engagement, and critical capability hiring in competitive markets.
  • Coach and influence Hiring Managers on effective interviewing, decision-making, and assessment practices, raising the quality and consistency of hiring across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Envision's TA operating model, embedding best practice in process design, technology adoption, metrics, and ways of working.
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency, scalability, quality of hire, and measurable business impact.
  • Build trusted, proactive relationships with stakeholders, balancing speed, quality, diversity, and cost effectiveness in all hiring decisions.
  • Operate with agility in a fast-paced, evolving global environment, adapting approach in response to changing priorities, markets, and resourcing models.
