As the Senior Talent Acquisition & Operations Partner, you will balance full-cycle corporate recruiting with leadership of talent acquisition projects and process improvements across a decentralized organization. In this role, you will partner with corporate leaders, HRIS, Business Unit TA teams, and HR stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes, enhance the candidate experience, and drive enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives.
Corporate Recruiting & Advisory- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions, including Finance, Legal, IT and other professional roles
- Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Advise hiring leaders on recruiting strategy, candidate assessment and hiring process and market conditions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Manage candidate communications, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination to ensure seamless and compliant hiring experience
- Follow standard operation procedures and maintain process documentation and governance practices
- Ensure compliance with EEO/AA requirements, internal policies, and hiring standards
Data & Analytics - Use market insights and recruiting data to guide hiring decisions, influence outcomes and support senior-level or complex searches
- Identify emerging labor market trends and provide recommendations to support talent acquisition strategies
Operational Excellence / Project Leadership- Lead enterprise-wide TA projects to drive operational excellence across recruiting processes, workflows, and service delivery that improve quality, compliance, and hiring outcomes
- Partner with TA teams, HRIS and HR stakeholders to assess the impact, effort, and value of TA initiatives to inform prioritization of the enterprise TA project roadmap
- Gather critical system requirements, identify compliance implications, and evaluate user adoption impact when identifying and implementing ATS enhancements and process improvements
- Collaborate with HRIS to identify ATS solutions that balance the needs of multiple TA teams with varying priorities while operating within system capabilities
- Identifying potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to senior stakeholders as needed
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and recommend solutions to ensure successful implementation
- Partner with team members to develop training and other implementation materials
- Deliver training and implementation support to recruiting teams across the enterprise to drive consistency, user adoption, and process effectiveness
- Track progress, measure outcomes against objectives, and report on project performance
Stakeholder Partnership- Build strong relationships with leaders, hiring managers, TA leaders at the businesses, and functional stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market conditions, recruiting best practices, and hiring strategies.
- Provide talent market intelligence to business leaders to inform workforce decisions.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing effectiveness, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.
Innovation & Process Improvement- Analyze recruiting data and deliver actionable recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness
- Recommend and implement process enhancements leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
QualificationsROLE REQUIREMENTSEducation & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of HR and/or talent acquisition experience
- 5+ years of project leadership experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting for professional, technical, operational and leadership roles
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and talent analytics tools
- Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple business units and functional areas
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Talent Acquisition Expertise
- Strong knowledge of recruiting methodologies and candidate assessment practices
- Well-versed in innovative sourcing methodologies and talent market engagement
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and candidate relationship management systems
- Ability to leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
- Knowledge of employment laws, EEO/AA requirements, and recruiting compliance standards.

This is a hybrid role based in St. Louis, Missouri. In office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Work from home days are Mondays and Fridays.
