Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related discipline with 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture for large network infrastructures.
• Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows Server deployment and administration; Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy management.
• Skilled in Python, BASH, Powershell, automation tools like Ansible, and container technologies.
• Strong knowledge of networking devices like Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and VPNs, with understanding of TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support to troubleshoot outages, analyzing symptoms and escalating as necessary.
• Utilize advanced monitoring tools to ensure network performance and service availability.
• Perform maintenance, configuration updates, and software/hardware deployments daily.
• Adhere to reporting obligations and manage infrastructure asset and configuration management.
• Ensure continuous operation of failover and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintain and implement updates or upgrades for deployed systems and hardware.
• Manage change and incident management processes efficiently.
