Full Job Description
Razor is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to provide senior-level systems engineering and technical leadership for complex, mission-critical U.S. Government systems. This role will lead and support requirements analysis, architecture, system design, integration, verification, and technical decision-making across the complete system lifecycle.

Education & Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Qualifying systems engineering experience may be substituted for the degree requirement where permitted.

Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance required for classified assignments. A full-scope polygraph may be required depending on the specific assignment and access requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead systems engineering activities throughout the system lifecycle
  • Analyze, define, and manage complex system requirements
  • Guide system architecture, design, development, integration, and testing activities
  • Analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and high-level system architectures
  • Develop systems engineering plans, processes, and technical documentation
  • Lead or support system integration, verification, validation, and deployment
  • Perform complex system-level analysis and develop technical solutions
  • Evaluate system designs and performance against mission and technical requirements
  • Define and analyze interfaces across hardware, software, network, and other system components
  • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Participate in and support technical reviews and engineering decision-making
  • Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and Government stakeholders
  • Support resolution of complex technical and system integration issues

Qualifications:
  • Extensive systems engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
  • Advanced knowledge of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes
  • Experience leading requirements analysis, management, and traceability activities
  • Experience supporting complex system architecture and design
  • Advanced system integration, verification, and validation experience
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex system-level engineering problems
  • Experience coordinating engineering activities across multiple technical disciplines
  • Strong technical leadership, analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Desired Skills:
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community systems
  • Experience with complex system-of-systems architectures
  • Experience with systems modeling and requirements management tools
  • Familiarity with Agile and model-based systems engineering approaches
  • Experience supporting highly classified environments
