  • Technical Project Leadership
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk profiles for integration efforts.
    • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and mission partners to align technical objectives.
    • Track technical progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution of integration issues.
    • Produce technical documentation including white papers, engineering studies, test plans, and decision briefs.
    • Lead and participate in scrums, technical exchange meetings, IPTs, and engineering reviews.

  • Requirements Analysis & System Feasibility
    • Analyze mission and user requirements and convert them into actionable engineering tasks.

    • Support requirements traceability, verification, and validation activities.
    • Ensure integration efforts minimize disruption to ongoing operations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Advise senior leadership on integration priorities, risks, and modernization strategies.
    • Collaborate with system owners, engineers, operators, and external agencies to refine requirements.
