Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the full scope of project execution: planning, scheduling, coordination, risk management, financial oversight, and earned value tracking - ensuring every milestone is achieved with excellence.
  • Translate mission needs into well-defined system requirements and ensure they are clearly allocated across hardware, software, and integration teams.
  • Drive system integration, verification, and validation throughout the entire lifecycle - from concept and design to test, deployment, and sustainment.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, program teams, and customers, delivering crisp communication, strong documentation, and transparent status reporting.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting systems engineering activities such as requirements development, integration, verification, and validation.
  • Experience in project or program management, including schedule management, coordination of technical tasks, project financial management and risk identification and mitigation.
  • Exceptional skills in collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams and communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with CI-Poly.


Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with financial management practices, including Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost/schedule performance tracking methods.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synethesize technical information and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. Government contracts.


Physical Requirements

Office, industrial, or shipboard environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances. Lifting and moving materials may be required.
