Job Details:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Direct and oversee hardware/software integration, system-level integration testing, and requirement verification, ensuring compliance with established requirements and project standards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, internal and external, to communicate technical concepts, resolve problems, and influence decision-making on technical matters.
- Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and test plans while ensuring clarity and compliance with project requirements.
- Sound troubleshooting approach and problem-solving skills.
- Work on-site in the Springfield customer office.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE- Strong knowledge of systems engineering processes, including requirements analysis, system design, integration, and testing.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems (RedHat, CentOS, etc.) and Windows systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, with supervision only at critical review points, and make substantial decisions impacting project success.
- Prior experience supporting federal agencies or working in a government contracting role.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- DoD TS/SCI clearance with CI poly eligibility.
- At least one DoD 8570 certification (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP, GSEC, Cloud+).
- 5+ years of professional experience system administration/engineering, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline-or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Cubic Pay Range:
$113,000.00 - $143,000.00 + benefits.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
