Qualifications

• 5-7 years of purchasing or supply chain experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certifications like CPSM or CSCP are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of supply chain economics and procurement practices.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with equipment lifecycle and capital procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team or individual contributors in purchasing and supply chain operations.
• Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies for non-food items.
• Maintain procurement policies and procedures for non-food categories.
• Support system implementation and reporting tools for vendor performance monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to aid sourcing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze market trends to guide purchasing decisions and facilitate contract negotiations.
