Full Job Description
What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

  • Manage a small team or individual contributors focused on purchasing and supply chain operations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies for non-food categories.
  • Maintain procurement policies and procedures for non-food items.
  • Support implementation of systems and reporting tools to monitor vendor performance and cost.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and IT to support sourcing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze market trends to inform purchasing decisions and support contract negotiations.
  • Participate in vendor selection and RFP processes.
  • Assist in forecasting cost trends and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to capital planning and budgeting for equipment and large-scale purchases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes for efficiency and sustainability and drive out costs.


  • 5-7 years of purchasing or supply chain experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • CPSM, CSCP, or similar supply chain/procurement certifications are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain economics and procurement practices.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to vendor sites, distribution centers, and restaurant locations.
